00 Opening Statement
111bd is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("User") and 111bd ("Platform", "we", "us").
These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali interpretation shall be considered final.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To use services on the 111bd platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. 111bd reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed at any time and deposited funds will not be returned.
1.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
1.3 Identity Verification
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and any subsequent verification process. The following requirements are mandatory:
- You must register under your own identity — not under someone else's name.
- The mobile number and email address provided must be active and belong to you.
- A copy of your national identity card or passport may be required when requested.
- Providing false information will result in account termination.
2. Account Registration & Security

To open an account on 111bd, all required information must be filled in accurately. The mobile number or email used during registration will be used for future logins. Users are advised to use a strong password.
2.2 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:
- Do not share your login credentials (password, OTP) with anyone.
- Do not access or manage another person's account.
- Change your password regularly.
- If you log in from an unfamiliar device, change your password immediately.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team right away.
2.3 Account Verification
111bd may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. Identity verification may be required before processing large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3. Deposits & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
111bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals on the 111bd platform are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase. Withdrawal times may differ during late-night hours or on weekends.
3.4 Currency & Conversion
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 111bd does not accept or issue payments in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not available on this platform.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Terms and conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotional offers.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on 111bd can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, the maximum bonus is ৳15,000, making your total balance ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus requires 20 times (20x) wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not added to the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in total bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may only be claimed once — claiming from multiple accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash or withdrawn; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- If a deposit is refunded after a bonus has been received, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 111bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
These rules apply to all games to ensure fair play.
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on 111bd operate using SSL encryption and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not subject to manipulation or bias. If you have any concerns, please notify the support team.
5.2 Technical Issues
If game outcomes are affected by network disconnections, server outages, or other technical issues, 111bd will take appropriate action. However, 111bd is not liable for any losses caused by external factors (such as loss of internet connection).
5.3 Betting Limits
Each game has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted. 111bd may change betting limits at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and violations may result in account termination.
Warning: Involvement in any of the activities below will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
6.1 Financial Fraud
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment information.
- Filing chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Transferring funds through third-party accounts.
6.2 Gaming Fraud
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game system for advantage.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other players.
6.3 Account-Related
- Opening an account under a false identity.
- Unauthorized access to another person's account.
- Selling or transferring an account.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
6.4 System Abuse
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
- Sending abnormal traffic or conducting attacks on the server.
- Distributing harmful code or viruses.
- Copying platform content without authorization.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

111bd makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen reasons. In such cases, users may not claim any compensation.
10. Right to Amend Terms
